Primary Health Care Patient Data Management System enables secure storage of patient data across multiple Health Care services.
The functionalities implemented in NS-PHCPDMS includes:
• Patients record, with unique identifier, containing common fields for all primary health care services
• Separate forms with specific fields for each primary health care service
• Possibility to add/edit/delete all the details in the patient record and all the primary health care services forms
• Ability to upload documents relating to patients and appointments
• Ability to use calendar to set the date and time for appointments
• Advanced Search -possibility to search all the fields from all the tables, across date ranges and any primary health care services, and export/print the results of the search to Excel, CSV, XML, TXT, HTML
• Dashboard that summarizes the activity over a period of time like last month, current month or year
System has been developed in Microsoft Access and can be easily converted to web-based database if required.
