London, British Library, Additional 59846 (M)

Seven small parchment rectangles have been removed from binding of Ms. Royal 11 E.IX, a late 15th century manuscript of canon law. Five of the fragments contain polyphony and are presumably cut from a late 14th century collection of Mass ordinary settings.
